I bought your 15" bag to replace the leaking, ripped sandbags at our club. The premise seemed logical but I could never have expected the results. I shot a friends 6mm PPC from the bench @ 100 yards. I felt immediately comfortable behind the bag. It gripped the fore-end as advertised and yet was soft enough to allow minute corrections. No rear bag, just my left hand for any needed elevation change. A couple of spotting shots and then my effort for group. Two 5 shot groups later, I couldn't believe the results. 5 shots @ .174 and then 5 shots @ .166! Never approach this kind of accuracy before.Amazing but the best was yet to come. The owner of the rifle took his turn. A couple of shot to get comfortable and then group. Looking thru the spotting scope I was amazed. We walked down and measured the group........ .028 !!!NO ONE at the club has ever approached that kind of accuracy. It took weeks for my friend to stop smiling. There were no smiles from the other bench shooters with their $900 micro adjustable front rests.
Your product is reasonably price, totally portable, seemingly indestructible and gives the shooter the opportunity to ring out the ultimate accuracy from any weapon. Nice to see a product that actually lives up
to the hype.

Have a nice Thanksgiving,

Bulls Bag, here are the pictures of the groups we shot from your 15" bullsbag rest. Two different shooters, one great result speaks volumes about the potential of using your product and the rests add real world useability/ portability in the field.
I hope the pictures are clear enough for your purposes.
Keep innovating for the gunmen,

Your customer service is excellent, glad that I went through you guys. My buddy has one of your 15" bags and it works so much better than my standard sand bags. That is what sold me on your product right from the start. Thanks again for spending the time to tell me about your different models, it made my decision easy on which bag is right for me.

Shot my first cloverleaf ever using my new BullsBag!. I'm a new large bore shooter with a new rifle, and we are both still in the break-in period. Target was at 100 yards, rifle was a Weatherby Vanguard Sporter in 30-06, bullet was a reload using 47.5 grains of Varget driving a 168 grain Speer boat tail hollow point match grade bullet. the BullsBag gives me a good feel for the rifle and the shot which a metallic rest never did. Looking forward to good shooting this summer!

Thanks Cabela's for finding the Bulls Bag. I have used these products for nearly 20 years (Bench and Field models) and still have not found anything that comes close to its accuracy and repeatability or guarantee! The new X-7 design (Now in use) surpasses even my wildest dreams in a shooting rest system, with its ability to create so many shooting techniques and multiple configurations. This remains the Best of the Best…
I had two of them shoot the Mosin using the Bulls Bag. They were using the metal rest with a Protector leather bag on top. Both said the same thing."That really holds it tight," and "Where did you get that?" After getting used to a trigger pull on a 71 year old rifle, here's a photo of the last three shots I took using the Bulls Bag. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the bag and show it to others any chance I get.

I will be shooting at 100 Yards, and this rifle will usually do less than a minute of angle at this distance with my handloads. 100 yards is still a long way away.

"A fine 3/4 inch group, and if I'd kept that flier in the group, it would have been a 3/8th in group. Not bad for a cold bore group."
Conclusions:
1. This system worked as advertised.
2. It is a good one-piece system for sighting in and shooting from a bench.
3. I believe it would especially be good for non-bench applications, such as in the field for shooting off a boulder, or a log, or even the hood of a car or truck, where a regular front and rear bench rest system would not be applicable.
4. They are easy to transport and give a good, steady rest.
Bulls Bag… I am sending you a special thanks and a photo of my prize. I called your office a few weeks ago on a Saturday, when me and a few hunting buddies were sighting in rifles off the Bulls Bag shooting rest. Much to my surprise, someone answered the phone. I asked what was the best way to sight in some rifles with your bags and was told that your President was coming back from Washington DC and was about an hour away and he could stop by and lend us a hand. The owner showed up on time and got us on paper and in the "X" Mark, on three guns... with ONLY two shots each. This guy is amazing. Thanks for the "Expert" help and I now can prove up the accuracy with this wall hanger.

I was shooting with Ed Williams of Meeker , CO. and the Rig was desg. and made by Brent Curtis. He and his
dad own Elite MFC Co. of Dalton. Ed said we shot about 800 dogs and fired about 1050 rounds...Your Bull Bags worked like a charm. WE got to hunt in a lot of areas that were not accessible by truck and it had rained and the rancher was glad, as we were not going to rut up his pastures...thanks Pete

Good Morning Bulls Bag,
Just wanted to get back with you on some good feedback for the Bulls Bag.I finally had a chance to spend some
time sighting in my 1939 Mosin Nagant. I shoot it with iron sights at 70 yards.I took it to a local outdoor range Friday. There were several other guys shooting rifles in the bays next to me. Of course, everyone is always checking the other guys guns and equipment. I had two of them shoot the Mosin using the Bulls Bag. They were using the metal rest with a Protector leather bag on top. Both said the same thing. "That really holds it tight," and "Where did you get that?"After getting used to a trigger pull on a 71 year old rifle, here's a photo of the last three shots I took using the Bulls Bag. At the last SHOT Show, I looked at some Bulls Bag shooting rests. I spoke with one of their reps and he told me about how the bags worked. He asked me if I would be interested in doing a product evaluation on the bags.

http://www.ar15.com/forums/forum.html?b=1&f=5

I told him I would be glad to do so, but warned him that I would only tell the truth about what I saw. He assured me that was all he wanted.

I received three different models of their bags, and will show how they are used and how well they work in this two-part series.

Product Evaluation - Bullsbag Shooting

The bags are meant to replace the standard benchrest set-up of a front adjustable rifle rest and a rear sandbag system.

I have used this type of system for over 40 years.

Here is my usual set-up.

I will be a pretty tough sell for changing to a new system, but let's see how this one works.

Product Evaluation - Bullsbag Shooting

The first bag is the model they call the Bench Black/Suede 15" Shooting Rest. It came filled with "cat litter" and weighs about 23 pounds. It has a convenient shoulder strap to help carry it to the bench. It lists retail for $104.95.-

Just as a side-note… Many may feel that this is a lot of money for a shooting rest.

However, my normal shooting rests presently lists for approximately $250 and the rear bag lists for around $30, so the system costs approximately $280.

That's makes $104.95 sound a lot better

Product Evaluation - Bullsbag Shooting

The Bullsbag system uses a novel system to hold the rifle snugly.

It consists of four "chambers" in an X-type of arrangement.

Product Evaluation - Bullsbag Shooting

By placing the rifle between the top two chambers, you can adjust the tension by how much you spread out the two lower bags.

This holds the rifle very snugly and allows consistent shot-to-shot

I will try it out with my Accuracy International AE rifle, in .308 Winchester caliber.

This rifle is extremely accurate on the standard benchrest set-up that I normally use, so we will see if it will shoot as well on this bag.

The next model is their Field Tree Camo/Tuff-Tec 10" Shooting Rest. This rest is slightly smaller than the 15" Bench model, and is made for field use. It retails for $57.95 and this one weighs about 14 pounds when filled with cat litter.

I will try my Remington 700 in .308 Winchester. It is usually a very accurate rifle on my standard benchrest set-up, so we will be able to see how it does on the Bullsbag.

I found that I had to "get down" on the bench to really get a good view through the scope.

"Five shots through a cold bore, measured 3/4 inch for 5 shots. Not bad."

5. Will I replace my old system with these bags? I don't believe I will, as I have been using the two part system for 40+ years. But for field applications, this is a much better system

In Part Two, we will look at a Bullsbag system that is designed especially for magazine fed rifles like the AR15 and for pistols. Stay tuned.
