I ordered the 4-bag set (unfilled). The product arrived quickly, had a couple of questions on the D-rings that were in the video but were non-existent on the product I received, also had a question on how to stow for transport to the range... No response. The product is sturdy and appears to be quality material, really wish you would have taken the time to respond to my questions. Not even a follow up email to see if the product worked out for me. Outside of prompt shipping, your customer follow-up sucks.
